At Lunanze, our returns and exchange policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind and confidence when shopping with us.
All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also accept exchanges if the product you receive is different from what you ordered.
If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please follow these steps to request an exchange:
You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by Lunanze's delivery tracking) to report the issue. It is important to include clear photos or videos showing the defect or the error in the order.
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and forward the case to our quality control department for analysis. After evaluation, we will respond with a resolution and let you know whether an exchange or refund has been approved.
If the issue is confirmed, you will be offered one of the following options:

Full or partial refund of the amount paid

Shipment of a new item identical to the one ordered

A replacement product of equivalent value

A voucher for the value of the product to use on future purchases
In accordance with Lunanze’s policies, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout and may take between 3 to 20 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Important: We do not accept returns or offer refunds outside the 15-day period established by Lunanze.
Returned items sent without prior notice, outside the return period, incomplete, without tags, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The same applies to returns that are rejected after evaluation: the item will be sent back using a postage due method, and the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
⚠ Lunanze is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns, refunds, or exchanges for different products. These costs must be covered by the customer.
